this mornign i did this for breakfast..(meal #1)..
mix 1 can of tuna, and 9 egg whites in pan...cook.
put in a bowl, combine 100 g oats. pour in one tablespoon udo's oil, cinnamon, splenda, and one scoop whey. stirred it together...squirted some whipe cream(1 g fat 1 g carb) and stirred that in.... voila, solid bbing meal that tasted pretty damn good
