This is a homemade protein bar that I am making with :
14 scoops protein powder - 22 grams protein per scoop (whey concentrate)
3 cups ground oats (for complex carbs)
1 cup Smart Balance pnut butter
1/2 cup honey
Also BONUS QUESTION (if you don't mind) : What do you think of these specs for a protein bar for a cutting phase :
30 grams whey concentrate
10 grams healthy fats (omegas or flax oil or maybe pnut butter)
I was thinking two of these per day in addition to my low carb meals.
