I'm trying to tweak my diet a little more towards something a little more healthier then my previous bulking diets. If anyone could suggest any thoughts or comments on how to improve it please let me know.
Workout days
300g waxy maize starting 2hrs before workout
8oz Liquid beef Aminos sipped during the day.
200g of Whey protein
Big bowl of my special greek salad eaten throughout the day, it consists of avacados, veggies, and 5 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil, it totals about 2000 cals for the day.
Fruits eaten whenever's clever post workout.
Basically on workout days I will start my carb intake about 2 hrs before my workout and then eat as many clean carbs (no refined sugars) until 2 hrs before bed.
Lot's of fruits and veggies.
The calorie totals for workout days will be around 4500-5000 cals
Non Workout Days:
8oz Liquid Beef Aminos
200g Whey protein
Famous 2000cal greek salad
Carbs kept under 200g all from greens etc.
Total Cals for Non workout days around 3000cals
The plan for the diet is a bodybuilder friendly raw food diet staying away from dairy (except yogurt), beef, limited chicken, and limited fish. Also want to keep the fat gain to a minimum. Any thoughts on this diet?
