cant get sore?!?!?!?!

What does it mean if u work out a body part really hard, like back, and wake up the next morning with nothin more than a lil' unease. I just started Viator's diet, carb only post work out, can that have somthin to do with it. Same thing is happening with every body part, exxcept chest, i work it really hard but the next morning thay feelnext to fine? can some one tell me what the hell is going on?
 
There are a few of the Vets on the board who say they too never get sore, so maybe you are in good company.

If you don't grow then you have a problem.
 
Are you supposed to get real sore? I don't get sore too much and feel "next to fine" as well and I'm still growing. Before I thought that you had to be sore to make sure you were growing, but from hearing about others and checking the mirror, I think it's a personal thing. Good luck, bro!

I never get sore either but I still gained 30 pounds during the last 3 months.
 
Low carb diets can generally impair immune fuction. Your immune system is involved with the remodeling process that leads to growth and also muscle soreness (this is not to say that one is a prereq. for the other).

When I am low carb / ketogenic, muscle soreness is always reduced. Makes it even more difficult to restrain my training enthusiasm... 8^)

getting sore doesnt need to happen to gain strength. I hardly ever get sore any more but u might change the kind of workouts you are doing ie swithcing from incline to flat bench.
 
Depends

I usually only get sore from certain bodyparts: Chest, Back, sometimes bi', rarely tris, hardly shoulders, always traps and legs.
