I here so many different opinions on this subject. I here carbs before work out and protein after. then i here no carbs before and lift hard and burn all carbs that are in your body then cardio for fat burn since all carbs are depleted. Im 230lb taking in about 180 grams of protein a day. When and how much of carbs and protein .
