I used it before and got good results. carbs make me tired during the day I really have to keep them low. Especially in the morning and lunch time, as the day goes on I can handle them better so it works in that respect for me. I cant say I eat shit all the time though.. usually a some type of carb drink after training and white rice with meal and some type of simple carbs before bed.
The cherry turnovers are a nice indulgence though
