Carb back loading

I was wondering what everyone thinks of carb backloading? I have read some good stuff about it.

I personally like it. Its build on a pretty solid foundation. I have doing something very similar to this but i don't eat carbs every night and only each them when i need to. Its worked great for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone.

Awesome I've started it today so I'll see how it goes. I have always had trouble with keeping fat off so hopefully this'll help

its awesome if you stick to it meticulously
you also gotta keep the fat/protein part of the day low calorie for it to work imo.

The "science" behind is BS but if eating carbs only post workout feels good to you and makes you stick to your diet (whether bulking or cutting) then go for it.

Results wise it's no different from spreading your carbs throughout the day.

I used it before and got good results. carbs make me tired during the day I really have to keep them low. Especially in the morning and lunch time, as the day goes on I can handle them better so it works in that respect for me. I cant say I eat shit all the time though.. usually a some type of carb drink after training and white rice with meal and some type of simple carbs before bed.

The cherry turnovers are a nice indulgence though

I get the carbs weighing down as they do me too.
