LOL

This isn't even remotely true. We have the ability to adapt to great demands placed on our bodies and become STRONGER.

Adding cardio is the same way if done with a methodical approach (progressively increasing the stimulus).

We're not a snapshot of ourselves at any one point. We are constantly evolving and getting stronger and bigger and faster and better. Or, in some (most) people's cases they are not - they have placed limitations on themselves much like you have done in your post.

I don’t think you actually read the topic because none of that has anything to do with what the OP asked or the topic being discussed. If you were just looking to be a dick then good job buddy mission accomplished....

The eccentric portion of cardio is what will sap strength the most. Like jogging.

Incline walking, rowing, elliptical, spin bike is much less taxing on the legs.

1 to 2 hours cardio a week at 120-140 BPM will not kill your gains.

3-4 HIIT sessions, yea your legs are gonna be beat up maybe

Wow... Didn't know it could make THAT much of a difference.
Cardio is everything when it comes to blood pressure. High blood pressure is almost always from a lack of cardio. Other factors that increase blood pressure are just secondary effects, usually from high blood pressure: Over time, high blood pressure causes effects that aren't fully reversible, like arterial stiffening.
