do you guys think it would be a good idea to do cardio to stay alittle healthier, i know that i went on a trip alittle while ago to india i came back and i was 50 pounds lighter and the first 2 weeks of being back i gained 33 pounds, but the one thing i noticed was that i had trouble breathing, i couldnt take deep breathes, and i have never done juice and as i am sure many are aware that i am planning to do a cycle soone, i was just woundering with such dramatic gains should i do abit of cardio, i cant even run around a football feild 2 times, before i was lifting i could run non stop i was great at jogging, i am not interested in getting leaner i want to bulk up i want to gain as much weight as possible, i never do cardio at all because i am scared to loose weight. if it is a good idea how much should i do and when should i do it.
