I know that a lot of people are afraid to do cardio bc of the fear of losing muscle. I wanted to see if anyone here does cardio year round not just for just weight management, but for cardiovascular reasons?
I try to do it year round. I think its insane to ignore cardiac health as your heart is your most valuable muscle. Also, a healthy heart fuels your muscles better and more efficiently, allows you to endure longer workouts, etc.
a healthy heart is the primary reason i do cardio......i try to control weight through diet....generally 3x per week about 30 minutes year round........
