If I am doing 45 minutes (or there abouts) for cardio 4 to 5 times a week. Is it best to stick with one exercise for each session or mix it up?
ie,Treadmill for 15 minutes, bike for 15 and stepper for another 15 or just stick with the treadmill for the full 45?
I have my iphone with me to watch to pass the time, but 45 minutes on one machine is go bloody boring (and I can't handle more that 20 minutes on the bike before my arse goes numb!).
