Cardio Timing- Avoiding Catabolism

What would be less catabolic- cardio in the AM after consuming 10 grams BCAA's or cardio postworkout? My cardio is generally 20-30 minutes- pretty intense on the stepmill or incline walking on the treadmill.... I am trying to bulk up and build lean mass but want to keep the fat gains minimal. I have currently reduced my cardio from 6 days a week to now 3-4 after hearing recommendations from some on this forum. (thanks!)
Which would preserve muscle better? AM cardio or postworkout cardio? I usually lift for at least 75 minutes so that may also be something to take into consideration...

I'd rather do it postworkout so I only have to go to the gym once and can sleep in, but I have a feeling that it might compromise my gains?

The least catabolic option is actually option C: just doing your cardio and not worry about it the rest of the day

The stress of worrying about it is surely more catabolic than you doing it at whatever moment

i agree, all things held constant it probably wont matter either way
