Are you hungry before bed, or in the middle of the night?
If the answer to these two questions is no, then you should't be consuming it.
Especially if cutting.

Your diet looks very clean. I usually will start off with about 50g of Casein as the last meal with some coconut oil for myself and a lot of my guys. If your LBM is staying the same or increasing while bf% is dropping at a consistent enough rate to reach your target date, then do not change it. You may be able to keep it like this all the way to stage bodyfat. I would be more likely to manipulate carbs & cardio before protein intake if body fat wasn't moving.
