CEE Stability Question

I have some CEE from a reliable supplier and its appearance is different now than when I first got it. It was small white clumps with some fine powder now it is large clumps and hardly any powder. I just moved to a different climate so I think it changed due to that (from deep south to northeast in winter). How stable is CEE? Is it still safe to use it?? Thanks.

It's fine. Just about every batch and supplier I have gotten CEE from it is clumpy.
That's what happens to CEE when it's exposed to some moisture.
Mine was like little rocks and pebbles and it dissolved in soln with and it worked very well.
