May be a weir question but can cereal raise hemoglobin?
I donate blood every 52 days and my hg is usually between 15 and 16.
As of lately I eat cereal often and last blood donation my hg was at 17.1
I am on 150mg of test a week and been on the same dose for over a year.. Nothing else changed in my diet except adding cereal in the AM and PM.

Cereal is fortified with non-heme iron, which isn't easily absorbed by the digestive tract. My guess would be that it would likely not increase HH to a degree that is even noticeable.

Lover your test to 70mg per week for the next 52 days and see what happens with your hemoglobin. 10mg daily.
