check to see if you have a baker supply house in your area. i used to get 7 lbs of powdered egg white for 35 dollars through one of those.

Dont be lazy, hehe. Buy eggs in bulk from Sam's or such, spend 30mins seperating and you'll have whites and even yolks if you so choose.

i just got back from Sam's today, i bought a few packs of pasturized egg whites.. i think i got a 4 pack for 8$ bucks or something like that...

Yo, lazy bones...www.bulkfoods.com sells 5 pounds of powdered egg whites for $35 shipping included. That's a pretty good deal.

how many eggwhites does 1lb of powder translate into? I usually just buy my eggs from regular grocery store, some times I will get a case of eggs from sams club.
