So I've been making really good progress dieting. I'm down to around 10.3%BF. I was just curious as to how often you guys have a cheat meal when you're dieting? I mean, could one little(maybe large) cheat meal every two weeks really be that detrimental? I've been eating spot-on for five weeks! Plus that time of year is coming around!! -StOrY
