I just finished my first bench contest and since i was training chest hard for about a month my right pec is getting some strange pains. It feels like its on the tendon right above my armpit where the chest muscle extends into the shoulder. I don't just get it from working chest, i got it today doing skull crushers (with good form, i had somebody watch me to see if that was the problem). I'm also getting a little knee pain with squats and it feels very concentrated when i do low leg press for the quads. I guess i'm just asking if what i should be doing to take care of these things. I stretch before after and during my workouts should i be doing more?
