Dude just throw a breast in a bag - I do 1 per bag, a bit more tedious, but it lets your seasoning/marinade penetrate more - and then toss in a marinade or dry rub of choice.
Let it sit at 145 degrees for 90 min (minimum) to 2 hours (ideal) or longer if you need, then pull the chicken out.
Get a skillet screaming hot with some oil/butter and maybe some garlic cloves, throw the chicken breast in 30-60 seconds a side.

Edit: for clarity, I do 1 breast per bag, but like 4 breasts in the sous vide pot
