Chicken. Whats your cut?

I have tried sous vide. It did t taste good. Can u tell me ur recipe and settings??
Dude just throw a breast in a bag - I do 1 per bag, a bit more tedious, but it lets your seasoning/marinade penetrate more - and then toss in a marinade or dry rub of choice.

Let it sit at 145 degrees for 90 min (minimum) to 2 hours (ideal) or longer if you need, then pull the chicken out.

Get a skillet screaming hot with some oil/butter and maybe some garlic cloves, throw the chicken breast in 30-60 seconds a side.

Literally unfuckupable

Edit: for clarity, I do 1 breast per bag, but like 4 breasts in the sous vide pot

Oh my god yes. It’s bomb.

But dude, a sous vide is so versatile. I use it so much. Chicken, steak, eggs, you name it
 
picking up one from best buy today. Do you use ziplock bags, or do they have to be vaccum sealed perfectly?
 
After eating frozen chicken breast for 20+ years i got to the point where i couldn't take the flavor of frozen chicken. Switched to fresh. Now eat about as much dark meat as white meat. For me personally i avoid cooking anything in plastic including in the microwave as i don't want to ingest the chemicals that can leach out of the plastic after it is heated.
 
I always like to marinade my anabolic chickens such as the breast and thighs so it won't dry like shit.
