Cholesterol and Hormone Production

Does dietary consumption of cholesterol affect hormone production? If I where to keep dietary cholesterol very low, would this keep estrogen levels low? Also can dietary fat intake be kept lower while on trt? I am on trt and figure I don't need to worry about my body producing test I want to keep other hormones levels relatively low.

Its more dietary consumption of saturated fats than dietary consumption of cholesterol that effects it.

But basically the answer is that if you are already on TRT, then your estrogens levels are more related to the exogenous testosterone aromatizing to estrogen than anything your body is creating. If you start to clip saturated fats low to try and break the steroid cascade, you will end up causing other problems because you'll lower other hormones too...

heres a pic of the way it works after the liver has created ldl cholesterol from saturated fats

The only way you'd be able to lower your estrogen is with an AI.. Cutting cholesterol isn't gonna do it, because whatever estrogen you have is being formed by Test from your TRT.
