does anyone supplement this? I saw it was in xtend.....i was going to buy bulk bccas and just buy that seperate if its any good. ne input is appreciated
I've used about 10g of L-Citrulline (2x5g) daily from bulk powder. Honestly I cant say it did anything.
Remember that most positive feedback on CM are from endurance athletes not bodybuilders, although a lot of the guys over at bb.com seem to love it for the pumps, it pretty much kicks arginines ass. Here is some testemonials from another site:

Helped a bit, got a few more reps out, but im not totally convinced. I suggest Pulse over this. It is pretty sour/sharp, so i suggest mixing it with something other than lemon squash.
this supp is great improves vascularity and performance noticeably, especially in cardio. Also helps you get out those last few reps, I also noticed slightly faster recovery times taking this twice on work out and rest days. It even tastes nice.
