I've used Super Cissus RX before and I feel like it helped. What helped me with shoulder injuries and partial pec tendon tears was:

GH or GH peps
IGF-1 (sometimes)
Omega -3

Overall anti-inflammatory diet changes.

Super Cissus by USP Labs is great. Bulk cissus also works but the taste is horrible!

X2 Usp labs super cissus is what i preffer!

well i had a terrible hemerroid, it happened several times but the last time i was looking into anything to help and found some info on cicuss, wasnt too much just vague talk about anti inflamitory actions and roots in ayarudic medicine.

gave it a shot, since using it i havent had one hemerroid. i get mine from a freind that gets various compounds in bulk form. one thing ill tell you is that whenever i buy suppliments from the store no matter the brand they are far inferior to the quality of the raw commponents i get. i have no explanation why. but they are substantially more effective. just last night i tried some new melatonin, i had been using 2 3mg caps before bed wiht some other stuff. i found 9mg to be too much. i was out of those and had this 15g bad in front of me. i eyeballed it while this is not accurate and i do not recomend this i am quite accurate from years and years of doing shit like this i test my self regularly. i put a tiny amount in my mount and drank some water, i could feel effects within 15 mins which never happens and i slept deep and heavy. it was night and day difference from store brands. this happens wiht every supp i use.

sorry for my rant but we all know that the purity of store brands is suspect at best this is just more of my personal experiances which reenforce the reality of this.

i have been out of cicuss for a while now and i have not had a hemerroid but my ass has felt funny, like swollen irritated several times which made me scared that i would get one. so far so good but i will be back on asap.

been lookign more into it for austioporosis issues with my mom, the mroe i read the better this supp gets, i would recomend it.
