Hey guys have a few diet/cutting questions. I have been cutting on a lower calorie high protein diet for the last few months, dropped about 15 lbs and am down to about 12% at 230. I had seen this basic diet outline someone had posted and wanted a few more details on it and how it works. It is as follows:
Only ONE carb meal a day...and that should only be PRE-workout (No more than 60 grams).
Get yourself some ECA and pop it immediately upon wakening.
Do morning cardio 3x a week and immediately after have a
high protein high fat meal...
Always do 15 min cardio post-workout..
Never have a carb source post workout as that spikes insulin and
you stop ALL fatloss by doing that.
Try this exactly to the tee for 1 month...if you haven't leaned out a good
15lbs something is wrong.
Once you're lean, you can then increase your carbs to your liking.
Now is this a ckd diet or just a low carb variation of a typical bodybuilding diet and can anyone give me an outline of typical meals that would work for this plan.
BTW:Currently running gh and prop tren mast cycle.
