Hello guys
Just wondering what your opinions are on what to do next. I'm 24 and have been training for 5 years, 5'8, 202 pouds. This will be my fourth cycle. I'm planning on doing a clean bulk for 10 weeks, want to gain has much lean mass as possible with as little fat loss as possible, so I can start cutting in May. The diet I'm planning on using is 3200 total calories, 350g protein, 300g carbs, 60g fat. I do tend to gain muscle fat, but as well as fat. I also plan on doing 3 sessions of 20 minute low intensity cardio on my non lifting days. Trying my best to get at least 8 hours of sleep and drink over 10 pints of water daily.
I'm a bit torn on the gear situation. I have a ton of sust, and can easily get deca. I'm debating on doing 750mg sust a week, jabbing M/W/F, or doing 500mg sust and 400mg deca a week. Obviously providing diet and rest etc are top notch, what do you guys think would be the best option for me? I'll also be taking the usual multi vits, 3-4g of vitamin C to reduce water bloat and will be tanning regularly, as I find it helps clear away spots.
