ok I'm trying to clean up my act a bit so could you guys h elp the problem is the cals how in the world do you eat enough? my as follows
meal 1- 2 packs oatmeal,16oz OJ ,2- slices toast
meal2-mass-techw/2%milk
meal3-beef 8oz,16oz 2% milk,mixed veggies,rice 1/2 cup.
meal 4- 6oz chicken cooked in olive oilw/1/2 cup rice,1/2 cup mixed veggies ,w/diet soda 8oz
meal5- same as above - the soda
meal 6- same as above
before bed muscle milk
any in put would sure help due to the fact the cals dont add up enough (wtf) as in the past i just kinda of went with the flow and if i was hungry i would eat but i never seen the gains i hoped for or have read from you guys thanks engbulldog
