I am currently taking the ventipulman pump version of clen, I'm taking a quarter pump 3-4 times a day, that is about 75mcg to 100mcg. I am wondering if it would still be safe to take about 16mg ephedrine and 200mg caffiene before a workout?
Also this is the first time I'm using the syrup version of clen is just putting it on my tongue and downing it with water the best way? or is there another method?
