I am currently taking the ventipulman pump version of clen, I'm taking a quarter pump 3-4 times a day, that is about 75mcg to 100mcg. I am wondering if it would still be safe to take about 16mg ephedrine and 200mg caffiene before a workout?

Also this is the first time I'm using the syrup version of clen is just putting it on my tongue and downing it with water the best way? or is there another method?
 
I'd say its a bit overkill and not necessary; and why risk the extra stress. If you need that much stimulants to train surely some motivation is what you need? I've used clen once before and that alone gave me good pumps while training.
 
caffeine is fine, but adding ephedrine will only weaken clen's effect, cuz they compete for the same receptor
 
ok guys,thanks for the feedback. I run clen 2days on 1-2 days off, I don't have a solid reason why yet, just experimenting with the different protocols people have had success with, the days off I've been using e/c/a the on days just sticking to the clen. I will read around some more as I see there is a ton of threads on clen. Thanks again.
 
This protocol is BS.

Ephedrine will attach also beta -2 receptors like Clen but it's not so specific.(ECA will add a boost to your train cause it acts over your CNS...)

The downregulated receptors from clen use will be even more downregulated using ECA on off-Clen days.

It's not a good idea to add Ephedrine to Clen cycle...BP AND HR can go too high.

A better idea is to use Ketotifen with Clen P.E. look here:
