Clen shakes

Is there anything that will Help reduce the shakes from clen?

I used Clen a lot a few years ago. Whenever there are carbs in your system is when the shakes get really bad. I did not find a way to lower the shakes except to moderate carb intake - or lower clen dosage which does not work well since you will find that your body rapidly develops a tolerance towards it.

Yea once I was at a work party and went to yawn. My jaw cramped and I was just sitting there on the couch and said "Ahh fuck!" Lol they all just laughed it off

Ouch that sounds terrible. I hated driving and having to push in on the clutch. Leg would shake like crazy!!!!

Yea I remember that lol. I was 'helping' my neighbor fill her mower once with gas. I threw it all over that thing lmao

I got a cramp in my PC muscle (the taint) last time I ran clen. No idea how that even happens but it was the worst.

happened pretty early in the cycle and I found that if I kicked my taurine up to about 6g a day the cramps went away

Ugghh - I would get that too on clen. At first it made me think my prostate was rebelling on me for using gear.

I don't think there is anything you can really do with the shakes. Just have to live with it. Just be glad your not a surgeon performing surgeries..

Never had the PC cramps but every time I would yawn I would get a cramp in my jaw. The cramping was horrible. I tried using taurine and keeping hydrated and still kept cramping. Finally stopped using it. Shakes were the least of my problems while using it.
