Picked up a can of coconut milk thinking it would be nice to add into a shake.
Per 1/3 cup, 6g fat (4g sat), <1g carbs, 1g protein.
I use skim milk and throw in 1/3 cup of this for a nice choc/coconut flavored shake.
Are the fats in this MCT's?? Or is that only in coconut oil?
