Not so long ago, I tried to "cheer up" coffee (with a sugar substitute) before training, dried 3 mugs of a teaspoon in each, as a result, the intensity was simply super, and the strength of physic and psychological was almost not diminished, although in training I'm doing my best. whether the sense to drink simply coffee, naturally not in small kol-vah, for stimulation of a metabolism? Coffee is personal preference. I personally can sometimes drink it for the sake of taste.
 
Coffee and taurine are different things, for the effect it is better to take tablets (concentrates). Only in another case - drink a cup of coffee.
 
3 years ago i didnt drink coffe , now 3 per day and love it. Sometimes i mix coffe with pre workout :).
