If you are taking this supplement primarily for the joint benefits, what is recommended? I have seen conflicting remarks between type 1 and type 2 collagen. Started looking at hydrolized collagen and then saw a few articles claiming you need type 2, rather than type 1.......As well as I saw articles claiming it wasn't important what "type" it was as it was all converted to type 1 during digestion. Thoughts?
