2 weeks out now.
Feeling focused - yet a little flat and very hungry
mon/wed/fri/sun is low carb tue/thur/sat is high carb

M1: 50g oats, 12 egg whites
M2: 150g chicken, 100g brown rice, salad
M3: 150g chicken, 100g white rice, salad
M4: 150g chicken, 100g white rice, salad
M5: 50g whey, 50g oats
M6: 200g beef, salad
M7: 10 egg whites
High carb day is as follows
M1: 100g oats, 6 egg whites, 40g apricots
M2: 100g chicken, 275g brown rice
M3: 100g chicken, 200g brown rice
M4: 100g chicken, 200g brown rice
M5: 25g whey, 75g oats
M6: 200g cottage cheese, salad, 40g apricots
M7: 5 egg whites, 50g oats
