Feeling beat up to hell

Legs killed me tonight
Squats, 7 sets
Leg press, 5 sets
Abductors, 2 sets
Adductors, 2 sets
LEg extensions 3 sets

I will be doing double sessions mon-fri and then single sessions on sat/sun

HIIT mon-fri and LISS sat/sun

I need to find a way to increase recovery speed, either more gear, more food or some supplements, we will see what coach says.

Body just isn't recovering from training.

Added in 5g Glutamine upon waking and 5g Glutamine before training session no.2

Fat burners are just
25mcg T3
40mcg Clen

Diet is same

Meal one: Egg whites + Oats
Meal two: Chicken + brown rice
Meal three: Chicken + Potato
Meal four: turkey + rice
Meal five: Chicken + potato
Meal six: Turkey + salad
Meal seven: whey

Salad with every meal.

2% fat turkey and lean chicken breast
Salads are Lettuce, Cucumber, Beetroot, Sweetcorn and celery

Biceps in the morning tomorrow + Upper back/Traps in the evening

23 days left then I get a week off stims/cardio/training and I relax the diet a bit.

Feeling rough tbh, but getting lean is not supposed to be easy.

If it all goes tits up, i'll PM you and give you a very satisfying "You were right"

But for now bro, im gonna keep doing what im doing :)

Doesn't look like your utilizing anything to help recovery. Pre, post and intra-workout meals /shakes works wonders.

Nope, I was tempted to give the walden farms stuff a go but I have this weird feeling that if I start using them im going to be buying them all the time and spending money on them when I don't really need too.

Uni student so budget is quite tight.

Update!

Down in weight this week

Feeling a bit more positive. Stopped the double training sessions and gone back to LISS cardio

Started doing low carb/High carb rotation days now

Everything is slowly starting to come into place, I think i'll be at 90% in the next 3 weeks and then after 7 more weeks dieting i'll be 100% and ready to step on that Mr.England stage :)

Trained back today
Chins 4 sets
Barbell row 3 sets
T-bar row 3 sets/1drop set
Seated cable row 3 sets seated/2 sets standing (weird variation I like)

Started prop/ace combo this week

100mgs Test prop/100mgs Tren ace EOD + 100mgs Winstrol every morning

Still doing the adex, t3 25mcg and clen at 80mcg now

Progress is going well

Looking tighter daily, coach is really helping me get through these last few days, motivating me a lot and awnsering any stupid prep questions I may have

My weight is fluxing at the moment, depending on high/low carb days.

So im not too focused on weight anymore, just on how im looking.

Will get pictures up soon.

Drugs and diet are still the same

Energy levels are fucked

Lack of sleep

Cramping/sore/aching/weak/hurting/tired

Fuck me im glad I've only got 8 days left

Might have to cut this prep short due to the amount its costing me and the extra work i'll be doing over the next few months. 2-4am finishes every night for a few months straight. Really won't be able to fit prep in with all of that, my body is so beat up at the moment.

So i'll be doing this first show then see where im at from there.

Going to finish strong for this first one.

High carb day today

Low carb tomorrow, but cheat meal in the evening. Going to have some burgers with chips and some mini chocolate eggs left over from easter. Working late until 2am tonight and tomorrow, but will be alright.

Next week is my "peak week"

Mon and Tues are low carb:
M1: 10 egg whites, 50g oats
M2: 200g chicken + salad
M3: 200g chicken + salad
M4: 150g chicken + 100g rice
M5: 50g whey + 50g oats
M6: 200g cottage cheese
M7: 10 egg whites

Wednesday and Thursday are carb up days
M1: 4 egg whites/100g oats/1 tbsp. honey/2 rice cakes/ 2 tbsp. jam
M2: 25g whey/100g oats/ 1 tbsp. honey/ 2 pop tarts
M3: 4 egg whites/100g oats/1 tbsp. honey/2 rice cakes/ 2 tbsp. jam
M4: 25g whey/100g oats/ 1 tbsp. honey/ 2 pop tarts
M5: 4 egg whites/100g oats/1 tbsp. honey/2 rice cakes/ 2 tbsp. jam
M6: 200g cottage cheese/40g apricots
M7: 4 egg whites/100g oats/1 tbsp. honey/2 rice cakes/ 2 tbsp. jam

Friday is just a moderate carb day with no sugary carbs, just enough to tide me over.

M1: 4 egg whites/100g oats
M2-7: 100g chicken breast/200g brown rice

Saturday is show day so I will be doing the following
M1: 100g oats/ 1 tbsp. honey

Then every hour until I step on stage I will eat 2 rice cakes with 1 tbsp. Honey or Jam

back stage I'll drink some glycerol and eat a small bag of sweets.


TRAINING
Monday - 40 mins + Chest
Tuesday - 30 mins cardio + Shoulders
Wednesday - Arms + 20 mins cardio (upon waking)
Thursday-Sat - None

Gear wise im just going add in 2.5mg letrozole per day for last 5 days


As far as tanning goes I'll post up pictures along the way, I'll be doing 3/4 of a bottle of pro-tan the night before and 1/2 a tub of dream tan in the morning.

Almost there now - After this I may do another log leading up towards my next goal of pushing up to 300lbs, which will be a much more enjoyable log with lots of food!

Playing this week by how im looking, coach will oversee everything.

Almost done now.

Can not wait to start growing again.

Feeling good about this

Loading water/vit c seems to be doing the trick as I wake up 4-5 times a night pissing like crazy and then im super super dry in the mornings.

Last little push, training delts today and then back tomorrow.

Some pictures from a few days out, the night before with my friend duane who helped me tan up and on the day of the show.

I got 3rd out of 3, need so much more size to be competitive. Need a better tan next time as I was too pale and the stage lighting/background was fucking terrible, it needs to be a lot better next time... two of the judges had me in 2nd as my condition was better than the 2nd place finisher. Oh well, time to grow.

Straight into my offseason now, having a week eating whatever the fuck I want and then on to something a bit more strict next week aiming for 4500 cals a day and aiming to push up to 285+ before January.
