i'm thinking of doing a show in apirl,i'm not sure what wieght class i'd be in (middle maybe) at around 185lbs,or what do you guys think i'm 200lbs now and will hit 210 @ 8% bf then diet down where do you think i will end up at? this will be my first show and i decided today to do it, i'm all gased up about it and when i went to the gym i puked on the way home, haven't done that in a while-LOL.
by the way i fucked up and put this in the articles forum so if a mod could erase that i don't know how.

185LB is lightheavy..Also if you do hit 208 at 8% bf then you should be in the 190's..
