Starting a log, Gearmazon goodies.

Started DHB and test...525/300mg each. Don’t laugh at the weights, I’m a nurse and due to work and stress I’ve been eating and watching Netflix for the last 3 weeks.

Today was legs.

Lying Leg curl: 95lbsx10, 95x6, 65x7. 2 min rest.

High bar elevated heel squats.
135x10, 185x10, 225x8

Hacks: DC style 135lbs 10,5,3

Lunges with 30lb curl bar. 3 sets 20.

Seated leg curl: 85lbsx16, 85x12. 2 min rest.

4 sets calves.

Arm day yesterday. 3 sets of each exercise

Tricep pressdown
Hammer curl
OH rope extension
Alternating bicep curl
DB skulls
Preacher curls

My legs are still fucked, especially VMO from the elevated heel squats.

Elbow was bothering me a little, need to kick up the fishoil and curcumin.

Back day later, biceps already sore lol. I’m so out of shape it’s stupid.

Push day went well. Drug out my Odin force John meadows program. Cut the volume down a few sets as I’m still getting back to where I was

Slight incline Smith DC: 185*:10,5,3

DB decline: 60lbsx 10*, 2 min rest then RP 8,4 reps

Chest cable flys 40lbsx 13*, 2 min rest, then RP 10, 5,3

Tricep v bar- 110lbs 13,6,3

Ez bar skulls: 50lbsx 12,6,2

Shoulder incline lateral belly down: 15lbsx22. 15lbsx 19, 15lbx 15

^^these are really light, but I pause at the top, strict ass form, really focus on using ONLY the middle delt to move it. My traps take over very easily.

Rear delt rows 2x18-20 25lbs

Standing laterals: 20lbs 2x 14-15


Feeling good, consistently sore, thickness coming back quickly. It’s funny after a lay-off the first week and a half sucks, but weeks 2-3 you start jumping 10-20lbs on your work sets and get back to baseline pretty quick.

Did a three day run of pull/push/legs.

Highlights of pull day, hit 185lbs BOR for 11 then an 8. I do these last as I want my upper back fatigued to lower low back stress. (Herniated L4 many years ago in a BJJ tourney)

Push day rest pause

80lb decline DB: 8,5,3
BW dips: 12,6,4
Strict DB shoulder laterals: 20lbsx 17,11,6,4
Rear delt pec deck: 80lbs 16, 8, drop to 65lbs 8
Tricep v bar 140x13,6...drop 110x7
Rope overhead ext 70lbs 9,7,6.....there was a guy doing pull-ups so my sets were about a minute...not RP

Leg day
Leg curls straight sets: 110x7, 80x6, 65x7
Leg press straight set: 3ppside: 15,8,5
Hacks RP 1plate 10,5,3
Leg extension 40lbs x24
Seated single leg curl: 3x8 at 65lbs

Strength way down, 1700-1900 calories with DNP 250mg last 4 days. Bloated all yo hell but dropping about 1/2 pound a day even with all this water. 202.8lbs this am. FLAT AS HELL. Zero pump today, even with the 20+rep extensions. Gonna go 3-4 more days DNP with PSMF then do a little maintance phase and see where I’m at without being flat and bloated

Well this was the worst log ever.

I’m hiring Con...Cornelius Parkin. I’ve worked with him from the old DatBtrue days. We get along great and have the same training mentality.

Some back days he was like...do 100 reps of deadlift and some curls. Don’t die. It will probably be January before we hit it hard

Work has been bad, I’m praying this vaccine slows down this virus. My unit has been max capacity since October. I’m tired, fat, stressed. And I didn’t kill any deer this year. Basically Life fail.

Goals....get back to 10% BF and look like a gym rat. I’m rocking the DYEL body right now. Right shoulder needs to be scoped again, we will see when the doc want to do that. Last time he did a great job, was back in 4 weeks, but that was 8 years ago....but with GH and BPC 157 maybe I can heal up nicely
