Never included it in my diet before. Am I reading the lable correctly? Publix ( a Florida chain) brand Fat Free 24 oz tub. Lable says there are 6 servings about 1/4 cup, each one containing 15 grams of protein , 5 grams of carbs and zero fat. That means this 24 oz tub has 90 grams of protein and 30 grams of carbs and zero fat. That seems awesome. I can eat the tube in 2 sittings getting 45 grams of protein in each. 90 grams is about 1/3 to 1/4 of my total protein intake. How come we dont here more BB using this in their diet? Anything I should know about CC before I induldge? Also for proper digestion do I have to chew or can I just swallow these curds?
