Cramps/Pains in stomach

I've been experiencing some weird cramps in my stomach lately. It started about 1 month ago and has gradually become worse. At first I thought it was due to the dbol I was taking but have now been off for a month and experienced the cramps again yesterday making me aware that there is not a correlation with what I was doing before. They almost feel like growing pains but are in my left side of my stomach. I don't really know how to explain it other than it's one of those cramps that almost brings you down to your knees and is sore in the cramped area for a while after the cramp itself stops. Has anyone ever experienced this before...? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
