i cant figure this out .. my cousin and work out together evertime we go to do tri's he can t fully extend on any of the movements when he stands straight up his arms are bent at about 45 degrees .. what can he do to get them to fully extend and be able to preform tricep exercises .. i say stretch everyday ..
he cant workout his outer or back triceps his front shoe is kicking but his back tris are cashed no movement on any tri workout
