does the rate your crit rises correlate to the mg of test your doing?

say your doing 200mg and your crit is rising, will it rise twice as fast if you do 400mg? or is this another "its diff for everyone"

cuz my crit hovers around 50 on 200mg even with donating every 2 months, that knocks it back to 46 or so but by the time i go to donate its back to 50.............would bumping up to 400mg be a bad idea? and the 200mg is what im self dosing trt, so im never "off" and im 44

I think age and fitness level (i.e. cardiovascular) would play as big a factor as the mg of test you're using, but that's just a theory. If you're really lean and do a lot of cardio, I'd imagine your crit would respond positively no matter how much test you're using.

well i fast walk for 30 min after weights 3 times a week, what kind of cardio drops crit? does it need to be intense?
