Not enough dbol and the sus needs to be run eod...I would up the dbol to 40mgs at least

is this your first cycle? i would not run any oral more than 4-6 weeks and even then use a liver protector from a board sponsor.

If it's your 1st cycle, the dosages are fine.. Running the sust at 250mg twice a week.. Typically people only run an oral for like 4-6 wks tho, so maybe condense the dbol into 6 wks which will up the dose a little.

revised it..upped the dianabol up to 50mg today and only doing it 6 weeks instead of 8
