TABLETS:
Tamoxifen 10mg Daily (if puffy nips comeback)
Arimidex 1mg EOD
Tiromel 25mcg Daily

COURSE INFO:
16 Weeks (4 Months)
COURSE:
Week 1-4 20mg Dbol
Week 1-16 500mg Test e
week 1-10 400mg Deca
Week 14-18 30mg winstrol
Week 19-23 PCT - Day 1 Clomid 100mg, Tamoxifen 40mg
Day 2-30 Clomid 50, Tamoxifen 40mg



Pre cycle is too get rid of the begginnings of gyno ready for next cycle, let me know on anything i can improve on. My main aims for this cycle is to gain as much mass as possible while keeping bloat and fat gain to a mininum.

Prev cycle was 12 weeks test 250.

If dealing with gyno I wouldn't touch Dbol or Deca

nolva isnt good with deca. nolva blocks estrogen. usually deca/tren gyno is from prolactin

Get rid of the gyno and be like that for a couple months then start a cycle otherwise it seems to come right back. And get caber or prami to control prolactin.

Your wrong as hell bro nolva and decca or any 19 nor dont go together!!Learn the game of aas before u hurt someone with your bull shit..Back to the cycle It looks good bro I would run the decca for 14 weeks bro not 10 its a slow builder unless you got NPP.Run test 2 weeks longer then decca to get the 19 nor out cause it take a shit load of time to recover from it 14 decca 16 weeks test will get you jacked bro.As far as gyno decca is a progesterone so you will need prami or caber to stop the gyno from decca...A normal AI like adex or asin wont do that. Tamoxifen is an out of date drug, and there are far better anti-estrogens.

get some arimidex or letrozole?

run it at a fairly high dose, then as "built beast" says do the cycle later on.

I agree. 2 weeks of letro at 2.5mg should do the trick. I prefer aromasin for a on cycle AI. As others mentioned you will need caber to control prolactin related gyno though.
