Upon waking up with Bottle water
-1 Multi-vitamin
-5 fish oil capsule
-5000 IU Vitamin D3

breakfast:-1 cup eggwhite
-1 scoop whey isolate
-1 cup oatmeal
-1/2 cup bleuets


lunch:-10 oz extra lean ground beef
-1 cup brown rice
-1 cup brocolli


diner:-10 oz chicken breast
-1 cup brown rice
-1 cup brocolli
-1 oz Almonds


10:00:-1/2 cup eggwhites
-1 scoop whey isolate
-2 tablespoon of Natural Peanut butter
-5 capsule de fish oil

Drink bottle water between meals.

This is exactly 195G of High Quality Complete Protein. Not counting the protein other than Animal and Whey Source. Could be more with this.

I weight 215 pounds 11.8% Bodyfat.
