If you get arrested it will show, regardless if you were ever charged, prosecuted, etc. There is a difference between arrest and convictions, however they look at both. Anyway, if you receive a letter and you do not get a visit by law enforcement who arrests you, then you do not have anything to worry about.

My apologies. I should have been clearer. We always say "adress flagged " It is the name and the address that gets inputed when it is put into record. There is a reason why sources generally will not resend packs to an address with seizure. Because many times the box is flagged. If you use a company name ( even if it is susies perfumes ) unless LE shows up at the box or the local PO to review the identification used, you will never be directly connected. If you close it on the first seizure. The stakes go up as the numbers of seizures for the address go up and sooner or later you reach customs tolerance level for the day and they send someone knocking.

As the last poster pointed out. You do not think you get ID`d by your name and address when seizures occur in your own name?? Get popped for AS down the road and you will see that the mgs from every drop of oil and every tab seized may be added to the charges. The fact you never possesed it makes no difference.

So recieve at home in your own name as Da Rooster advocates and take your chances. As I tried to say, you have one home residence and most of us hang around the address for years. Why would I want a connection? There are hundreds of addresses available for $15 a month. And guess what? you do need two id`s to open a mailbox, but you do not need business license to list any company or persons name you choose to recieve in.

And I was NOT advocating a Post Office mailbox as there are a ton of reasons to avoid them entirely.

Both of you guys were a little arrogant, but no big deal. There is always someone who knows more about it then you do.

I had a package seized by customs last year.(40cc of test) Recieved the letter and did nothing. About a week later a guy shows up at the gym I train at and starts chatting me up about AAS. Telling me he has connections in india and wants to know if theres a market and stuff like that. I just gave him generic answers to see where he was going with this. Then he asks how much stuff I can move and I tell him none I'm not into that and don't really know anyone who is. I'm on HRT and my doctor has me on a program. After that day I never saw him again. Not sure if theres a connection but It was weird circumstantially. I have a 25 year old felony conviction so that puts me on the watch list (POSS of controlled substance)
