This is my planned cutting diet (based upon the palumbo diet). If anyone can give me feedback, insight, opinions and/or otherwise, it would be greatly appreciated (especially the vets and/or "big dogs").
Meal 1: 2 servings whey protein; 3 tbsp all natural pb; 1 tbsp evoo; 1 tbsp coconut oil
Meal 2: 6 omega-3 eggs
Meal 3: 2 servings whey protein; 3 tbsp all natural pb
Meal 4: 2 large chicken breasts boneless/skinless; 2 omega-3 eggs; 1 tbsp evoo
Meal 5: 2 servings whey protein; 2 tbsp all natural pb; 1 tbsp evoo; 1 tbsp coconut oil
Meal 6: 4 omega-3 eggs
Macros come out to be: 3170 kcal / 320g protein (40%) / 44g carb (5%) / 196g fat (55%)
Also, I'm 29 and 5'11 220 at 17.5% bf needing to get back down to <8% bf
