When you guys are dieting for a show, do you go thourgh the whole process of calculating your caloric expenditure then, subtracting 500 Kcal/day from that, then counting your calories, carb intake..ect on a daily basis, or do you just sorta go by feel.
Reason im asking is that my fat powerlifting ass needs to go on a diet and I remember when I was bodybuilding I would do all that and saw very good results. However, it was a major pain in the ass counting the macronutrient content of every single thing I ate and keeping a log of it and I really dont feel like doing it again, but if thats what you pro do than I guess Id have to follow. If your gonna do something, might as well do it right, right?
