I'm one month off cutting up so I'm starting to stock up on Duramine.
As this is my first time cutting up some advice will be greatly appreciated.
My main question inorder to work out my diet properly is how many grams of protien, fats & carbohydrates in an egg & 100gm of steak?
Or can someone direct me to a website that may assist me in finding this information?
Also if someone wighs 90kg and has 15% bodyfat do you work out 2 to3 grams of protien per kilo of approx 80kg allowing that 1okg to be lost?
