What is a good length for longer acting andshorter acting cycle usually do 8-10 weeks on both

Test Cyp, Enanthate, Prop, Deca, EQ Id go 10-12 weeks. Deca and EQ takes at least a month before it starts to work.

Winny, Var no longer than 6 weeks. Its hard on your liver.

D-bal and T-bol 4 weeks. Mostly used as jump starters in combo with other stuff. Some go 6 weeks.

Tren A and Tren E 8 weeks. Shuts your natural test down pretty hard so dont go very long.

Usually after each cycle you want to take the same amount of time off as you were on. Some go shorter. Some use year round <-- not recommended. Also PCT is slightly different depending on the gear you use. There are soooooooooooo many variables involved and each person reacts different to certain gear. Its a lot of listening to veterens experiences and some trial and error.
