I have saw guys and have faught a guy that was really really lean . I assumed his cardio and strength would be good and I was in for it. The 3rd round he was spent breathing really hard and had no strength. He didnt even start out with strength. I know he cut alot of weight for the figh which hurts especially as you get older. So my question is how lean do you get? did his diet hurt him?? Did his cycle hurt him? I assume he was cause his back was covered with acne and we heard rumor he had put on alot of muscle since his previous fight 8 weeks before this??
