Thanks man...looking forward to a normal schedule again!
It pains me to write this, but today's diet was:
Meal 1: 50g whey shake, oats
Meal 2: Double Quarter Pounder w/ cheese, fries, Coke
Meal 3: Footlong oven roasted chicken sub with double meat
Meal 4: 50g whey shake, pop-tarts, chocolate donuts
Meal 5: Footlong oven roasted chicken sub with double meat
Meal 6: 50g whey shake
...and I haven't been able to train like I've wanted, driving 12 hrs each day, so basically the prep will start in 2 days. I definitely underestimated the challenges of driving across country and fitting in diet/cardio/training.
