btw, in the update pics, I should add that I couldn't flex my hamstrings because they kept cramping (just trained them)...that's why it looks so 'smooth' back there...

Same here I'm 6ft. Weigh about 235. Its hard to fill in my arms and legs. Sucks

Thanks...my delts actually kind of overpower my arms, which is something I've been focusing on evening out!
 
Tweaked my posing a little bit after some instruction from an experienced competitor...I think the FDB looks better now! This is first thing in the morning fasted no pump...sorry for the blurred face. AND btw that is not my F*cking muscle milk...my fiance loves it for some reason, I've tried to talk her into using something else :banghead:

Trained legs yesterday and got a pretty good workout in, kept rest periods very short:

Lying Leg Curls
3x12x110

DB SLDL
20x50's, 15x70, 12x85

Leg Extensions
3x20x130

Squats
15x135, 12x225, 12x315, 6x405, 6x405

Walking BB Lunges
40 paces x 100lbs for 3 sets

Seated Leg Curls
4x12x110
 
13 weeks out. Not sure what my weight is because we've been on "vacation" this week in my hometown planning our wedding (it's non-stop)...and my folks apparently don't have a scale anymore.

Haven't missed a single meal, been hitting Shelby's diet 100%. Driving across the country definitely taught me a lot about PLANNING. It's been nice training in my hometown gym this week!

Update: finally found a damn scale. Weight was 233.5 today. Coming down nice and slow so far.
 
Thanks man...looking forward to a normal schedule again!

It pains me to write this, but today's diet was:

Meal 1: 50g whey shake, oats
Meal 2: Double Quarter Pounder w/ cheese, fries, Coke
Meal 3: Footlong oven roasted chicken sub with double meat
Meal 4: 50g whey shake, pop-tarts, chocolate donuts
Meal 5: Footlong oven roasted chicken sub with double meat
Meal 6: 50g whey shake

...and I haven't been able to train like I've wanted, driving 12 hrs each day, so basically the prep will start in 2 days. I definitely underestimated the challenges of driving across country and fitting in diet/cardio/training.

meal 4 is definately my favourite :p

Haha my CURRENT meal 4 is far less appealing, but Shelby's diet is def working! Thanks, good luck with yours too!
 
Ramping up the cardio a little now, so I'm hoping the next update pics show a noticeable difference.

Noticing increased vascularity in my quads, lower abs, and lats :headbang:
 
Mentioned that we'd been traveling for the week doing wedding stuff...figured I'd throw in a pic from our engagement shoot this past week.

I'm lucky to have such a beautiful woman who puts up with my bodybuilding addiction!
