Brandon Curry, who brought a VERY well conditioned package at last years O. Has spent a good year in HARD consistent prep. He is bigger ,with pleasing shape. I think if he can come in conditioned like last year he should move up a couple spots.
A lot of the best in this sport are extremely family focused. With enough discipline, even the 24/7 of bodybuilding has plenty of time for others. A couple of hours of food prep per day, a couple hours in the gym 4-5 days per week, and plenty of extra time for work and family. Bodybuilding isn't really that time consuming, it's about meticulous attention to detail and consistency.
Also, the best thing you could do for your kids is to raise them with the example that working out and eating right is something you always put a lot of time into. That example will probably do more for them in the long run than anything else you could give them with that time.
